Welcome to 'Au Coeur Du Chêne Vert'

We offer camping holidays surrounded by nature in the beautiful region of Languedoc-Roussillon in Southern France. Set up your tent from May to October on our small campsite in Soulatgé, or opt for holidays in the chalet in the midst of beautiful Mediterranean forests in the heart of the Corbières.

You’ll have the opportunity to sample our delicious organic farm produce and discover the best strawberries in the region. Taste our fresh fruit and vegetables, and exquisite strawberry and raspberry sorbets, syrups, jams…more

Campsite

The campsite and biological farm "Au Cœur Du Chêne Vert" (in the heart of the evergreen oak) is located just outside the village of Soulatgé and is surrounded by forests, gorges and the spectacular Cathar castles. There are loads of beautiful sites to discover here and plenty of water-based activities to try out, such as rafting, tubing, canyoning… From here it's just an hour to the Mediterranean and 50 minutes to Perpignan…more

The chalet in the midst of nature

For a comfortable stay you can rent our ecologically built chalet, surrounded by nature in a beautiful setting in South France. The chalet was built for two in natural materials but can sleep up to four people if you wish to avail of the sofa bed. You can rent the chalet for a night, a weekend or a week all year round…more

Languedoc Roussillon

Enjoy your stay in the 'Hautes Corbieres', a unique mountain landscape. This is the perfect destination for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists or just relaxing and taking in the views and the sun. Those interested in Cathar history will find three Cathar castles nearby.

The campsite is located on the outskirts of Soulatgé village, near the villages of Maury (famous for its sweet wines), Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet, Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse (with the magnificent perched Peyrepertuse castle), Cucugnan (where the windmill continues to grind cereals for the local bakery)…more
